In June 2010, during his tour in USA with his American musicians Harvie S on bass and  Ron Vincent on drums, the Italian Ambassador to the United States of America presented him with a special “Award for his career “ at his concert at the “Blues Alley” in Washington, D.C. in recognition to a great Italian artist in his 40^th Anniversary of his important worldwide activity.

Immediately after Washington, D.C. the trio performed in Manhattan at the “Birdland”, one of the most exclusive and historical New York jazz Clubs.
